A little bit about Tarot
Some of the first tarot cards are dated back to the 15th century from Italy. Waite and Smith co-created the famous Waite-Smith tarot deck in 1909. They both met in a secret society “Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn”. Their famous tarot deck is used as a divination tool.
Tarot is a form of divination, it picks up on the current energies, including our subconscious and unconscious mind. It can help provide clarity on a situation, insight, and guidance. Please keep in mind, energies can shift as we all have free will, if you do not like the outcome of your reading, you can do something to change it. We are never bound to our readings. Just as there is a variety of tarot decks, there are also many oracle decks being created with many different themes. Oracle cards differ from the traditional tarot card meanings, they offer insight on self-reflection and guidance. You can ask your higher self, angels, divine ancestors, or specific guides for the messages.
A true example of my tarot reading: In 2023, I was dating someone that I crossed paths who was meant to show me a lesson (I did not know what his purpose was at the time). I was caught up in the idea of potentially starting a relationship with him, the cards had told me two days before: yes, he would like to be exclusive with me. I asked him how he felt about being exclusive and he said no. I had heard that readings can change, but didn’t want to believe it until I experienced it.
